Position Overview:

WELL Health is looking for a Project Coordinator to help us solve client business challenges and generate elated end-users of our products and services. As a Project Coordinator, you will prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.

Our ideal candidate is proactive, a quick learner, an excellent communicator, and has excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure best practices and consistent delivery approaches are utilized on assigned projects.
  • Create project schedules based on scope and resource availability requirements.
  • Break projects into doable tasks and activities, aligned with the overall schedule.
  • Coordinate project management tasks and activities.
  • Regular and routinely communicate project status to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define scope and objectives.
  • Ensure resource tracking is kept up to date.
  • Keep track of estimate-to-complete values for projects and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help prepare budgets.
  • Analyze risks and opportunities.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.


Requirements

  • BSc/BA or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of industry experience.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and key success criteria.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, customer-oriented attitude, and good conceptual thinking skills.
  • Nice to haves:
    • Demonstrated experience with Electronic Medical Record software
    • Solid understanding of agile and waterfall implementation methodologies.
