Position: Junior Project Manager
Type: Full Time Permanent
Location: Toronto, ON (The office is in downtown Toronto, but it is closed due to COVID-19. This position will be working remotely)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a self-motivated Junior Project Manager to assist in the successful execution of projects and their associated deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
Development of Project Materials for each client engagement including: time-sheets, wiki management, project charters, project change requests, and other materials, as required.
Assistance in the coordination and onboarding of consultants and internal resources required to successfully complete projects.
Planning and scheduling project timelines, milestones and tracking project deliverables using appropriate tools.
Development and delivery of project status updates and other project-related communications to appropriate stakeholders, as required.
Provide ongoing engagement and communications with clients, both during and post-projects.
Communicating effectively with the sales team to ensure that projects are scoped appropriately, both duration and timelines.
Provide project and administrative support of tactical plans and strategic roadmaps currently underway at Cycura and its departments.
Technical writing for Offensive Security engagements, as required.
New duties and responsibilities may be added throughout the employment with the company at the discretion of the COO.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience.
Cyber experience and proven PMO skills.
Ability to generate and manage client-ready project artifacts with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in, at a minimum, high-level Information Security principles and execution.
Ability to estimate project effort and maintain project hours and budgets.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and initiatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
