Position Summary:
The Company is currently searching for a motivated team player to join the exciting fast-growing company. You will be working in a team-based environment to support physicians in delivering excellent patient care. If you love helping people, this job is for you.
Key responsibilities:
Administrative duties – answer calls and greet patients in a helpful, respectful, and efficient manner, schedule appointments, manage referrals, result management, and handle billing.
General duties – Ensure to always keep patient information confidential and secure. In addition, perform all other related clinical, administrative, or special tasks required by clinic management.
Requirements:
High school diploma or the equivalent
Exceptional customer service skills
A Team Player
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Ability to analyze, problem solve and take initiative.
Open and accountable
Experience as an MOA or MOA programs certification is an asset.
Experience with EMR system OSCAR and a good understanding of MSP billing are assets.
