The role
As Clinical Hub Manager you will provide operational management support to ensure the delivery of the highest quality patient care from the Clinical Hub in the Clinical Communications Centre. This will involve the provision of clinical support, leadership, active mentoring, conflict resolution, personnel management, stakeholder management, project management and maintaining a high professional profile and standard.
This role will be accountable for the clinical and operational effectiveness of the Clinical Paramedic Advisor team and the Clinical Hub Coordinator. The Clinical Hub Manager will have a clear focus on developing the Clinical Hub and all its staff into the future and ensuring adequate support and productivity measures are in place.
The Clinical Hub delivers time-critical advice and support to communications centre staff, ambulance officers and other front-line responders. The Clinical Hub Manager will be the line manager for all Clinical Paramedic Advisors. The work will involve monitoring performance, keeping policies and standards of practice up to date, and providing strategic leadership and team management for the CPA team.
This role will work predominantly Monday to Friday however some flexi-time will be required to ensure that you are able to meet with your team on an individual basis.
