Seeing an Customer Service Representative that will be responsible for resolving customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers over the phone
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Set follow-up appointments for Outside Sales to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Make daily calls on customers purchasing group, determine new requirements, develop quotations on spot inquiries or term contracts with larger users.
  • Call on potential new accounts. Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources
  • Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.
  • Other duties as assigned
