Summer Student – Client Care Associate
As a Client Care Associate you are responsible for issuance of drivers licenses, exceptional customer service and administrative duties. Every day you will be building lasting relationships with your customers, helping the team protect what matters most to the customer and earn valuable work experience in a professional setting.
Here is what a typical day looks like
Assist customers with their daily driver’s license needs via phone and in person
Accept and reconcile customer payments
Support team members when needed through administrative tasks
Adhere to company processes to provide consistent and accurate documentation and correspondence

Experience in a reception role with administrative responsibilities
Practiced attention to detail and multitasking in a retail environment
Capacity to provide exceptional customer service
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
