IT Project Managers for Western Union Denver, CO – to lead the development, execution, launch, and maintenance of large-scale program impacting business functions. Develop and lead the program cross functionally to improve the performance and availability of business application using multiple front end optimization technologies. Design and manage projects based on Application layers especially on CDN infrastructure with better visibility and controls by implementing cross functional processes. Lead the implementation and maintenance of organization wide log management solution to achieve operational efficiency. Manage the team of developers to carry out the complex log migration programs. Coordinate activities of a project team, including research, analysis, documentation, testing, problem resolution, training, status reporting by monitoring and evaluating project performance. Liaise to information security teams and application engineering in order to drive security initiatives to improve company’s security posture by mitigating security risks and threats globally. Work with management to ensure resource demand is defined and required resources are secured by clearly communicating to all levels within the organization by modulating the message.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Computer Engineering, or related and two years of experience as a Project Manager or related software developer occupation which must include some experience in each of the following skills: Content Delivery Network, including: Akamai and Cloudfront; Security technologies, including: Radware Bot Manager, Shape, andAkamai Bot Manager; Logging solution: Splunk, ELK, CloudWatch; and Project/Program Management tool and technologies: Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS CRM. Requires a Scrum Master certification.

Annual base salary gross:  $93,385 – $164,500. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
