Westland Milk Products Looking for Packing Operators – Cream Plant (Butter) at Hokitika, West Coast, New Zealand Full Time

We process over 700 million litres of milk a year and produce a wide range of dairy ingredients and products.

We’re looking for a number of full time / permanent Packing Operators (+ one fixed term) to work in our cream plant based in Hokitika. Packing Operators are responsible for operating the packing lines and for performing product sampling in order to ensure all cream products (butter etc) are packed& sampled to the highest level without compromising quality. Operators will also be responsible for maintaining clean plant and work areas and providing operational support to other areas when required in addition to adhering to all quality and plant operational parameters.

We’ll teach you various processes including quality control points, and hygiene standards and help you learn and develop a range of plant and equipment operating skills to ensure you will be well-equipped to perform in the role.
