Executive Assistant

36.25 hours per week

Home worker, with a designated office in Newton Abbott

Salary £27,320.80 per annum

Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant with experience in a secretarial role to join our corporate services team. This is a homeworking role with occasional travel to our offices in Newton Abbot.

As Executive Assistant you will provide comprehensive, administrative support to the Deputy Chief Executive and Executive Director of Westward.

Duties include:

• Minute taking at relevant meetings
• Supporting the PA to the Chief Executive with organising all aspects of communication for the board members and arranging training events in a timely manner
• Managing policy and key documents within Westward including the policy review timetable

Is this you?:

• Relevant experience of working as an Executive Assistant for a Director or similar

• Holds an NVQ Level 2 Administration (or equivalent)

• Able to communicate effectively with excellent verbal and written skills

• Goes beyond their day to day work to assist customers in a professional and positive manner

• Able to find solutions and use own initiative
