Work as part of a collaborative,productive, diverse, and fun team to successfully manage complex ormulti-service wind projects. Projects will range in size and cover the entireproject lifecycle (development, construction, operation support).Responsibilities will focus on managing the overall project scope,schedule, cost, and risk management on multiple projects. Stronginterpersonal skills will be required to build relationships and foster atrusting and open atmosphere with internal and external stakeholders. Westwoodhas a highly experienced and dynamic team of individuals dedicated toproviding high-level professional services to our clients.Duties and Responsibilities:Project Management Responsibilities – Full accountability on multiple projectsincluding:Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships (internal and external)Project team management and coordinationOversight of project workOversight of project deliverables (ensure QA/QC checks are complete;ensure deliverables match the contract)Track project health and take corrective action, if needed (quality,scope, schedule, cost)Manage uncertainty and change (ex; scope creep, change orders, riskmanagement)Timely reporting of project health and status to internal and externalstakeholdersTimely invoicing and accounts receivable (AR) managementTeam Management Responsibilities:Supervise all staff necessary to complete assigned projectsCoordinate project performance with design team leads and other internalstakeholdersReview and approve scopes, budgets, and schedules for assignmentsCoordinate with Market and Service leadership to assign project teamCoordinate with Market and Service leadership to identify team growthopportunitiesMentor project team members (based on PMIs PMBOK)Support continual improvement of Westwood Processes and Standards for ProjectManagementSupport continual improvement of Westwood Standards for Project Execution(Checklists, Flowcharts, etc.)Business Development Responsibilities:Prepare proposals, assist in presentations, and support contract negotiationsIdentify and coordinate potential opportunities for additional Westwoodservices and products on active projects to best support Client’s needsPrepare change orders and purchase orders as scope changes occurCoordinate with Market leadership to align with strategic and marketingactivitiesRequired ExperienceProject Management:At least 4 years’ experience as a Project Manager for similar projectsHistory of application of Project Management processes (PMBOK preferred)Basic understanding and application of contract commercial terms.Proficient understanding of Project Controls.Knowledge and application of Financial Management.Thorough understanding of development, construction, design,operations, contract management with emphasis on power industry projectspreferKnowledge of Wind Projects preferredProficient understanding of CPM scheduling or associated software(Primavera, MS Project) and proficient understanding of Deltek Vision orassociated software is a plus.* Team Leadership:Able to lead small teams across multiple groupsAble to work with minimal supervision and directionHistory of working collaboratively at multiple levels of an organizationAble to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholdersAble to grow relationships and foster a collaborative team environmentAble to tailor project management processes and optimize risk responses basedon individual project conditionsEmbrace adaptability, resiliency, and innovationPossess advanced oral and written communication skillsCredentials:BS degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering orrelated dis
