The position we are searching for is an experienced and knowledgeable Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Analyst to join our D2C Digital Products Team. As a SEO analyst she/he will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing our SEO strategy. As our online presence is extremely important for the success of business, the position will play a huge role in driving our business’ growth and success.
The position will work in a very dynamic and multi-cultural environment in direct contact and coordination with the D2C Global team and the central/local e-business teams in LARN.
Experience as SEO Specialist or similar role; web analytics, marketing or eCommerce.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (i.e. HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other front, etc)
Experience with Google 360 tools and SEO tools
Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
Project Management skills (better with Agile or PM experience)
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Exceptional team player
Great interpersonal and communication skills

Planning and implementation of our regional SEO strategy (LARN)
SEO Audit
Diagnosis and strategy
Sitemap, content (title tags, meta descriptions, and header tags), loss of traffic, sitemap, backlinks, interlinking, performance (pagespeed and core web vitals), outlines
Competitors
Regularly perform thorough keywords research
Identify key SEO KPIs
Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate,traffic and other KPIs
Prepare and present reports regularly
Identify problems and deficiency and guide the implementation of solutions in a timely manner
Identify and guide the implementation of automatic processes to monitor SEO KPIs
Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization
Work with development and marketing teams to properly implement SEO best practices within ecommerce sites (11 sites)
Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
Gain functional ownership and develop leadership within the D2C organization.

Professional Experience: +2 years of experience as SEO Specialist or similar role

Proven success in SEO
Web architecture
Knowledge of front-end technologies (i.e. HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other front, etc)
Deep experience on Google 360 tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console)
Experience on SEO analysis tools (i.e. Screaming Frog, HRef, etc) strongly recommended.
