White Rock Mechanical Services Hiring for Site Administrator Job at Kentville Full Time

We’re looking for new members to join our growing team. This position requires someone who is highly self-motivated and able to manage multiple project sites at once.

We’re hiring candidates with strong communication skills, and someone who has the eagerness to learn and evolve. All aspects of this position will be trained in house, experience is not required however is an asset.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team.
• Maintain detailed and accurate project details
• Contacting customers and suppliers via phone and email
• Product ordering, control and management
• Knowledge of bookkeeping skills an asset
• Admin work- sending emails- inquiries, phone calls, scheduling jobs and organization of projects, data entry and filing.
• Multitasker
• Invoicing, Job Costing, and account receivable tracking.
• Work under pressure

Ideally the candidate will have some knowledge of construction industry or of relevant trade knowledge. (Plumbing, Gas, Refrigeration, Sheet Metal, HAVC, or Electrical)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
