• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI designs
• Translate technical requirements and mockups into fully functioning websites using HTML/CSS/JS
• Communicating with developers and other team members
• Work effectively with our client’s technical leads, our other in-house developers, and non-technical staff from other departments
• Must possess an exceptional ability to effectively communicate both verbally and non-verbally, with technical and non-technical personnelThis job will be a good fit if you:
• Excellent analytical, time management, creative problem-solving skills, ability to work on a team, and strong communication skills
• Must be able to multi-task, manage details, and keep sight of overall objectives
• Individual must have a strong technical foundation as well as a full understanding of common coding standards and attention to detail

• Excellent ability to convert design mockups into interactive digital experiences
• Have the ability to translate static designs into interactive front-end experiences
• Familiarity with the command line & SSH
• Demonstrated proficiency in hand-coding semantic HTML, solid understanding of JavaScript and building maintainable/scalable CSS.
• Solid understanding of cross-browser/platform issues and code solutions.
• Familiarity developing with CSS pre-processors (LESS, SASS, etc.) and architecture patterns like BEM, SMACSS, or other
• Knowledge and experience with version control systems (Git)
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use, optimization, and scalability
• Experience with NodeJS and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
• Experience with web application development and systems administration
• Experience with LAMP: Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP
• Experience with cloud computing configuration and administration (AWS, Azure or similar)
• Ability to write software for extending REST APIs, improving monitoring software or extending our analytics toolsThis Job will not be a good fit if you:
