Job Description

The Order Entry Specialist is responsible for placing customer orders with vendors based on specifications.

• Responsible for creating/processing purchase orders and entering orders in various manufacturer database ordering systems.
• Must be proficient in the use of computers.
• Must pay close attention to detail, accuracy, material descriptions and measurements.
• Time management skills, problem solving skills, accuracy skills and attention to details are critical.
• Must be able to pay a high attention to detail, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
• Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
• Home improvement product knowledge needed.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Strong work ethic.
