Role Overview
We are looking for a part time Dispensary Associate who can become an integral part of our organization and grow with our company. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative and passionate, able to beat deadlines and find answers when it appears there are none.
The Dispensary Associate will work to ensure excellent patient service, provide effective patient consultations, and ensure the distribution of only quality products to patients. The Dispensary Associate assesses the individual needs of patients, provides superior product knowledge, and conducts sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
As a condition of employment, all newly hired employees of Windy City should be prepared to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 prior to their first day of work. Requests for medical or religious accommodation may be made with the company’s HR department. Failure to establish proof of vaccination (or approved exemption) may result in offer rescission.
