About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, maintaining, and updating data within our systems, ensuring the smooth operations of our company. Your work will directly support client services, athlete management, and operational efficiency.

Location: Remote (U.S. Residents only)

Employment Type: Part-Time (30 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Input and update athlete and client information into company databases.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered.
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
• Assist with data analysis and report generation.
• Communicate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in a related field is a plus).
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
• Excellent typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of sports industry terminology is an asset.
