You want to be out with your people, supporting them, and sharing in the business and success with your team. WHAT YOU DO You oversee the Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping and Spa to ensure efficient operations and impeccable guest care, helping to achieve profit goals. You attend to guest and group special needs and solve tricky problems with confident graciousness. You skillfully manage associates and leaders by creating an environment where motivated people want to join, learn, do their best, and advance. You lead a diverse team by modeling the way, by empowering, and coaching throughout the employment lifecycle. You will monitor daily revenue and expenses to minimize loss, manage expense and maximize profit. You will monitor hotel occupancy and ensure staffing levels are maintained at an appropriate level. You will work closing with the Hotel General Manager to implement and monitor policies and guidelines for the day to day operation of the hotel.
