Key Responsibilities
In this role, the Integration Analyst has the opportunity to help customers win by performing the following:
• Support and perform analytical studies regarding health-related data through the interface transformation
• Frequent external client communication for information gathering, status updates, troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Performs configuration of integration through both user interfaces and programming;
• Performs data transformation based on pre-defined company standards;
• Supports system and data integrity;
• Ensures high system availability through the monitoring of alerts;
• Responsible for the safe handling of highly sensitive and protected health information (PHI)
• Assists Support department as required
On-call requirement: The Interface Analyst will be on-call every 5th week. The Interface Analyst will only be called to deal with Interface related issues only.
The Interface Analyst team covers an on-call shift from 4:30 PM – 7 AM to clear any fault condition in our message processing system (and other duties as needed). These on-call shifts are scheduled week by week and compensated in addition to base salary. These assigned weeks may be given to others or traded as personal schedules change over time.
Key Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
•1+ years of work experience in a business analyst or software development role. We’re looking for junior analysts or developers that are interested in becoming Integration Analysts
•Basic knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts related to technology implementation
•Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment
• Experience working in a healthcare-related company preferred
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: (First list requirements, followed by preferences.)
• Experience with various scripting languages is preferred.
• Moderate knowledge of Microsoft SQL is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of interpretation of customer business needs and translating them into application and functional requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse audience
• Experience working with transformation of protected health information (PHI) preferred
• Knowledge of Health Level 7 (HL7) standard or API is preferred.

Salary range: $45,500 – $65,000
