Wolverine Technical Staffing Hiring for Program Coordinator at Remote Full Time

Responsible for budget management and tracking for the Legal, Social, Compliance, and Team Member Experience budgets, overseeing forecast and actual spend for multiple scrum teams. This individual will also support the roll-up for budget/forecast/actuals across the ITx LSC and Team Member experience teams. This position works collaboratively with the Digital Corporate Experiences (DCX) Portfolio Enablement team, ensuring alignment with standard practices for PR submission, vendor invoicing and Goods receipts in Ariba. This position requires strong understanding of financial tracking principles. Prior experience working in SAP is desired.



Desired Skills:

• Maintain detailed budget/actuals tracking ***MUST HAVE
• Support quarterly forecast and annual planning submissions for ITx
• Complete monthly variance analysis for core and project spend (actual vs forecast)
• Research discrepancies and work to correct, as needed
• Manage tracking and reporting of internal budget transfers
• Provide monthly trend analysis
• Serve as window to DCX Portfolio Enablement team for any financial requests from leadership
• Prepare ad hoc research, analysis, and reporting, as needed
• Develop and publish financial status KPIs
• Good communication skills

• Requirements:

Remote position – Open to candidates anywhere across the US as long as they can work CST hours.

Resource will be keeping track of project related items (w/ an emphasis on finances). Candidate who is a Project Manager will understand nature of financials rather than accountant. The ideal candidate would be a PM with financial management skills (3-5 years experience).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $52.00 – $55.00 per hour
