Projector Integrator (Part-Time)

Seeking a Project Integrator (PI) position located in the Herndon, VA area, in support of a dynamic fast-paced business office. The PI will help identify best practices for repeating and standardizing workflows and providing guidance on how to best approach new technology integration. Communication and the ability to work across organizations with other components is critical in reducing the meeting deadlines and clarifying action items. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a combination of Case Management, Technician, and Project Integration tasks; applying critical thinking skills to finalizing the production of a high volume of reviews varying in complexity.
Security Clearance Requirements:
This position requires all candidates to be U.S. Citizens and possess an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with a Polygraph.
Review and provide initial research on incoming cases and enter to portal and specify meta data; case types include resumes, official biographies, and curriculum vitae for public distribution.
Review existing portal submissions for accuracy.
Provide final quality control of products before returning to requester.
Ability to coordinate and collaborate with other team members to ensure that cases are processed in a time efficient manner.
Ability to update user’s manuals, training materials, and other related guides on best processes and workflows.
Build rapport and communicate with the requesters to meet reasonable deadlines and provide timely and accurate responses.
Respond to phone calls and emails requesting assistance related to mission requirements. Ability to triage requests to the appropriate personae when unable to answer directly.
Provide support for ad hoc requirements, when needed.
