Position Specifics and Deliverables
Monitor Wood’s Safety Strategy that will assist in improving compliance and sustained performance
Support the identification and administration of HSSE training requirements
Support the administration of monthly and quarterly reports and statistical information to the HSSE Manager
Assist in periodic HSSE reviews of the office and project site
Maintain the HSSE registers, KPI Dashboards and Safety Observation program tracking
Maintain corrective actions register from audits, work place inspections, HEART cards
Ensure that HSSE procedures are maintained in accordance with Wood, statutory and Client requirements
Format/populate content for Daily pre-starts
Coordination and distribution of field-based staff PPE, and 2-way radios, ensure all devices are in good working order
Maintain site visitor process
Maintain Wood and contractor HSSE prequalification records / systems
Actively participate in Wood HSSE initiatives
Schedule times for Stand Up for Safety / EPCM Toolbox meetings
Minute / Update Weekly HSSE meetings
Assist in the Management of Site branding / administration printing requirements (FLRA books, Stickers, Safety Shield Posters, LSR & SE posters etc)
Other duties as required
Skills / Qualifications:
Strong computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Previous administration experience
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to communicate at all levels
High level of attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Strong analytical, literacy and numerical skills
Ability to prioritise
Authorization to lawfully work in Canada without sponsorship from Wood is required
