We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Merchandise team here in Aotearoa reporting to our Project and Delivery Merchandise Manager. Joining our team you’ll take accountability for managing the delivery of all artwork projects for Our Brand products.

About the Role | Mō te Tūranga

You Will Be Responsible For

• Creating project timelines and managing the delivery of artwork within the NPD process
• Agreeing on timelines with key stakeholders including (Quality Specialists, Artwork Agency, Category Team, Suppliers & Printers)
• Regularly reporting on project status and risks
• Organises photography sessions and mock up samples
• Supports packaging development projects and activities
• Reviewing and approving outer carton artwork

To succeed in this role you will need to have proven ability to multi-task and deliver on multiple timeline deliveries across the portfolio.
