Responsibilities

   Talent Management & Development
– Sourcing/update training programmes
   – Preparing posting memos and follow-up
   – Support change management efforts in rolling out Our Core   Competencies/career management interventions
   – Provide support in training programme administration
   – Participate in the planning, scheduling and organising of learning activities/events
   – Conduct post training evaluation of training programmes/events to assess   programme/event effectiveness

Code of Conduct (COC)
– Research and recommend multimedia   tools/platforms that are suitable for internal communications to reinforce   COC principles
   – Develop/update existing content in Powtoon for internal   communications

   Others
   – May gain exposure to other HR projects/functions if opportunity   arises.

   Requirements:
– Strong research and writing skills
   – Project management skills
   – Analytical and stakeholder management skills
   – Knowledge in the use of applications/software such as Powtoon and Adobe   Photoshop would be advantageous
   – Students who specialise in or wish to gain exposure in HR work

The   intern would have the opportunity to develop themselves in the following   areas:

   • Writing and Communication Skills

Students are welcome to apply for Internship period from Jan 2022 – Dec 2022.  (Able to commit a minimum of 3 months)
