Requirements: The employer prefers, but doesn’t require, 1 year of
recruiting experience and work authorization experience. Job Duties: As
a Career Center Recruiter, you will be part of a team of recruiters
working towards a specified goal. This goal includes hiring qualified
drivers to fill each division. Your job as a Recruiter: * Hire and
onboard qualified drivers. * Keep up to date with the type of equipment
that is available (i.e., tractors, trailers, etc.). * Know and
understand your individual goals, the department goals, and the company
goals. * Keep good attendance and show up on time. * Utilize good time
management. * Stay busy with limited distractions. * Use strong
communication skills. * Other duties as required. Hours: Full-time,
eight hours per day. Pay: $42,000 to $52,000 per year, depending on
qualifications and experience. Benefits include paid time off, insurance
(health, dental, vision), 401(k), and performance bonuses.
