About the Job

Tempur-Pedic makes and sells amazing beds and pillows. You would be helping their customers learn and fix adjustable bed bases, confirming shipping schedules, recommending products, and helping with returns and exchanges. You will play a critical role and be an advocate for the company’s service and products. You will be providing timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or e-mail in an in-bound service center, consistent with service and quality standards.

· Full and Part time positions available

· Highspeed Internet and a personal computer will be needed until you receive your company equipment (Usually about 3 weeks from initial start date)

· Customer Service experience preferred

· Pay starting at $14.75
