Utilize business analytics to interpret and benchmark Company and franchisee practices and trends. Assess current practices, collect information and benchmark industry trends to support organizational decision-making.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and manage standard reporting packages via BI tools and Excel.
• Develop ad-hoc reports to support management and franchise decisions.
• Research and analyze third-party data sources to blend with Company data using SQL, Tableau and Microsoft reporting services.
• Prepare technical reports that analyze and summarize the information and trends.
• Analyze company functions, processes, and activities to improve computer-based business applications.
• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
• Help design, document and maintain system processes.
• Communicate key insights and findings to management.
• Act as the first line of support for data questions and issues and is the subject matter expert for clients.
• Provide accurate and timely answers to routine questions from customers.
• Constantly explore ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better data to the customer.

QUALIFICATIONS
