We are looking for a Data Operations Associate who will be responsible for reviewing client’s customer profile data in order to make required changes based on clearly defined business rules.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and resolve MDM (Reltio) Priority queues defined in Project scope.
- Adhere to defined SLAs for MDM resolution.
- Conduct data investigation and lineage research as needed.
- Perform professional customer demographic research.
- Ensure compliance to agree upon processes and procedures.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
