Our company is seeking Store Assistants who are interested in joining the team.

Hourly rate: $21.20-$30 per hour depending on skills

Number of positions: 5

Employment type: full-time, permanent

Operating hours: Monday – Sunday , 10.00 am 9.00pm

Job Description

• Assisting customers with their queries and providing advice on products
• Assisting Team Leaders with stock management and forward planning processes
• Maintaining vigilance to minimise stock losses and take appropriate and timely action where required
• Maintaining the tidyness of the clothing for sale and display
• Contributing to in-store based promotions and displays
• Heavy lifting may be required
• Training will provided, so prior work experience is not required but would be an advantage
• Sells liquor in our liquor store

To be considered for this role, you will be expected to demonstrate:

• Excellent customer service and selling skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Numerical abilities and cutting accuracy
• Up selling and add on selling skills
• Point of Sale systems experience
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Ability to work during Weekend
