What are we looking for?

• Background in graphic design with relevant education, whether it be course certifications or a degree.
• 3+ years doing graphic design in an agency, studio, freelance, or in-house.
• Ability to design awesome graphic solutions that helps our team to communicate in a better way, helping to spread an internal brand culture.
• Advanced level user of Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Strong production, design, and typography skills.
• Attention to detail and good visual taste is essential.
• Experience working with prototyping tools like: Figma, XD, Invision, Sketch.
• Professional level in spoken and written English.
• Bonus: UX and UI experience.

Your challenges:

• Collaborate with actions that take Yalo’s branding to the next level.
• Create new design concepts, graphics and layouts from roughs to final product.
• Work directly with all internal team leads for a better understanding of business needs.
• Ensure brand consistency in design output from other teams.
• Find the best providers for ensure that materials met high quality standards.
• Use various techniques to create drafts, models and visual prototypes.
• Prepare graphics for print, web, social, and email production.
• Quick reaction when is required.
