Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company Hiring for IDAM Operator-REMOTE at Hershey, PA Full Time

What You’ll Be Doing:

• This position works within The Hershey Company’s Information Security department and is based in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent customer-facing and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot various Level 2 issues that can’t be solved by Hershey’s Help Desk. The ability to analyze data to determine trends and recommend improvements is desired but not required.
• Handle all incoming tickets assigned to the IDAM team for resolution or reassignment.
• Analyze knowledge articles and recommend updates for better Level 1 problem resolution.
• Respond to and support customer issues according to established SLA’s for resolution. They types of tickets assigned include but are not limited to authentication issues, O365 licensing issues, Azure MFA issues, entitlement issues (IE – which entitlement needs to be requested for XYZ access), and application access issues.
• Process requests for change within established SLA’s associated with the creation of AD and LDAP groups and maintain the Catalog of entitlements in the IDAM toolset, including SAP entitlements and entitlements for disconnected resources.
• Process requests for accounts and access in the IDAM queue.

Required:

• Excellent conceptual, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (both written and verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills) to effectively communicate in the English language required.
• Experience working with an IDAM solution preferred (IE: SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow).
• Experience with Users and Computers to effectively manage Active Directory accounts and groups.
• Knowledge of the Azure portal / Azure Active Directory is preferred.
