ZHYE LIMITED Looking for Painters Assistant at Auckland City, Auckland Full Time

Immediate start.

We are looking for 3 full-time permanent (working at least 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) Painter Assistants to grow with our team.

Painter Assistants will be assisting Painters with their work. You should ideally have a site safety mind, be physically fit, punctual, and a great team player. No prior work experience or relevant qualification is required but could be an advantage. The location of work is within Auckland Region.

The duties include:

· Cleaning the construction sites for the painting work for structures and buildings

· Helping painters with their work whenever necessary

· Assisting in setting up the job sites and preparing the layouts

· Assisting in preparing walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint, washing walls, etc

· Assisting in mixing paint and other materials to prepare the right colour and applying paints according to instructions

· Loading or unloading or moving materials, tools and equipment & heavy lifting around the construction site

· Following instructions from supervisors

· Using equipment, machinery & tools in a responsible & safe manner

· Cleaning work area, maintaining work tools and machines daily after the work is done
