About the team

Zillow is seeking a dynamic Travel and Expense Analyst with outstanding communication and problem-solving skills for Zillow Group’s Procurement Organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager of AP and T&E, you will deliver executive aviation, expense and support programs; optimizing processes, driving clarity and engagement with our executive community. This role requires significant engagement with partners and suppliers to provide support, reporting and guidance and to help optimize the program initiatives. About the role

Customer Centric T&E Professional:

• Deliver and support the executive aviation program, expense and ongoing improvements to T&E helping to enable the organization to achieve their targets.
• SME of executive T&E process, data, contracting and reporting, driving efficiency and automation; leading improvements to simplify and delight our travelers.
• Function as Zillow Group’s executive aviation authority, providing customer centric support, analysis and management of Zillow executive T&E.
• Develop a strategic programmatic support to find opportunities to drive clarity to process and evangelize T&E processes.
• You are a SME in T&E who can deliver unparalleled support to our executives and executive assistants.
• Build and maintain documentation and tools supporting travel, expense and executive support programs.

Drive Program Excellence:

• Develop and deliver a customer centric program which delights the travel booking and expense experience at ZG.
• Work with Executive Assistant Community, Travel & Expense Team, Finance Partners, and Suppliers continuously improving programs, with an eye toward customer experience and clarity.
• Monitor financial commitments, flight hours management, and reporting
• Support trip experience from booking through ground, catering, and arrivals.
• Lead training exercises as needed with customers.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $83,900.00 – $134,100.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality, business preferred.
• Experience with executive travel, corporate T&E, corporate travel contracting, and financial data.
• Experience developing and improving T&E processes capabilities using tools and data.
• Excellent business acumen with ability to provide perspective and consult on policy, procedure and best practices in T&E.
• Strong customer services skills.
• Ability to influence others and get results in a high pace, deadline driven environment.
• Significant experience with Corporate Travel tools/data including Agency, Corporate Card, and Expense.
• Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency, attention to detail and financial/analytics acumen
• Strong accountability and integrity
