Key Responsibilities
- Identify improvements based on business needs and work to their implementation
- Provide guidance and support to users
- Communicate/ train changes, improvement etc. to the users
- Maintain the sales targets quarterly process
- Run, consolidate, organise and desseminate data and analysis
- Analyze performance supporting data (application usage, pipeline, etc), identify gaps and raise flags as required
- Generate KPI reports for management forecasting
Who we are looking for
- Experience in Customer Service or Sales, experience in Logistics highly regarded
- Hunger to secure new business
- Passion to meet and exceed customer needs
- Agility and adaptability
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Advanced MS Excel, as well as Power BI (or equivalent)
