ZIWI Looking for Packing Operator at Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand Full Time

We currently have a vacancy for a packing operator to join our hardworking team at ZIWI Tauriko. The role is permanent, full time working Monday to Thursday 4am to 4pm.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in packing products according to the packing schedule and ensuring quality is maintained at all times. In addition you will need to have a good level of physical fitness with the ability to stand for long periods of time, some lifting is involved up to 15kgs.

Key requirements for the role:

• Must be dependable and have reliable transport to get to and from work (as our hours are outside normal public transport times)
• Can follow instructions/SOP’s – previous use of scanners and inventory systems an advantage.
• Ability to operate standard packing machinery – pouches, bags, sealing, weighing, labelling and checking product to order and packing plan requirements
• Be a team player with a sense of humour
