1978 LLC Hiring for Entry Level Panelized Builder at Hamilton, MT Full Time

Full Time builder needed, NO weekends, NO travel!

We are willing to train candidates with limited experience but an eager attitude to learn a new trade!

4-10 hr shifts, Monday-Thursday, Weekly pay, PTO, Paid Holidays

Position Job Duties:

• Work in one or multiple work areas building pre-fabricated home building systems.
• These work areas include tasks such as framing, sheathing, siding, window installation, trim, etc. panelized walls/ operating saws, machines etc.
• Follow defined procedures and practices in our production process.
• Troubleshoot problems with assistance from peers or supervisors depending on the level of complexity.
• Complete quality paperwork as required.
• Notify supervisor of any non-compliance to part and/or product standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Comply with all health and safety guidelines.

Requirements/Skills:

• Experience working in a company environment as a framer/carpenter is preferred. Experience in manufacturing or construction a plus.
• Knowledgeable and skilled in the use of hand and power tools
• Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
• Eager to work, dedicated and inquisitive

Physical Requirements:

• This job involves the following physical demands: walking, standing, bending, stretching, use of hands and fingers to hold, grasp, push, and lift items.
• Lifting requirements are generally up to 40 or 50 pounds with assistance if needed.
• Environmental conditions involve limited outdoor work. Indoor work is generally warm during summer months a bit cool during the winter months.
