We are currently looking for an experienced & skilled automotive DMV Clerk with Reynolds system experience to join our team and bring an outstanding consumer experience to the table.

Job Description

As a DMV Clerk, you will be handling the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles for our Ford & CDJR store. The role ensures that you pay incredible attention to details, have prior experience working in an automotive dealership, able to handle high-volume, fast-paced work environments. The role also requires you to have excellent organizational skills.

Prior DMV Processing in Reynolds system Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume Automotive Business Office Environment PREFERRED!!

Responsibilities

• Including, but not limited to: Process all new & used vehicles for state registration, processing new & used vehicles
• Processing all registration for new and pre-owned vehicles and/or legal transfer work to the DMV
• Processing all license plate issuing and transfers
• Prepare title work for sold retail vehicles and submit to DMV
• Stays abreast of title regulations; attends seminars & any available training on title regulations
• Reports to management the state of any missing or problem

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Organization & multi-tasking abilities
• Previous experience/education in DMV
• Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced work environment
• Willingness to take initiative & ability to work independently within a team environment
• Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily
• Being proactive in your job responsibilities, career, business growth and daily development
