Your duties will include but not limited to: –
Answering incoming calls & emails
Data Entry
Customer Service – Assisting customers with queries
Various basic filing associated within a busy office
The successful applicant MUST possess: –
Attention to Detail —- This is essential
An excellent telephone manner is also required
Transport Industry experience would be preferred
The ability to work with minimum supervision & as part of a team
A positive & pro-active approach
This role would ideally suit a person with strong attention to detail, who is able to handle a variety of clients from diverse backgrounds in a professional manner. This is a fast paced industry and the role requires someone who can ‘problem solve’, prioritise and use their initiative. The successful applicant must posses a passion for Customer Service . This is NOT a Call Centre Role
