Duties & Responsibilities:

• Data entry – AP/AR
• Prepare entries and accruals
• Perform duties on time at a high standard
• Clerical duties – maintaining filing and records
• Prepare statements

Accounts Payable – Managing Invoices – Coordinating Payments – Vendor Queries

Accounts Receivable – Recording Payments – Managing Statements of Account

Expense Reporting – Company Credit Cards – Ensure Timely Payment – Manage Reporting System

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 years relevant accounting-data entry experience
• Experience working in an ERP system
• Strong MS Office skills
