Our client is one of the leading Chemical Logistics company. We are currently seeking for a talent to to join the team for their upcoming expansion.

Job Details:

• One of the leading Chemical Logistics companies in Singapore.
• Location: Central
• 5 days work week
• Monday – Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm
• Attractive Annual Bonus

Responsibilities

• As the principal point of contact for export/import orders, lead, direct, and oversee Documentation Operations.
• Ensure operational excellence by supervising, hiring, and training staff.
• Ascertain that shipments are completed accurately and on time in accordance with agreed-upon SOPs and KPIs.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction levels
• Conduct frequent SOP reviews/audits with the goal of increasing operational efficiency through system automation or process simplification, hence removing possible risk areas.
• Establish and follow rules and best practices to reduce the risk of shipment compliance, including permit correctness and compliance.
• Ensure that all Singapore Customs regulations are followed to the letter.
• Responsible for the customer/annual shipper’s paperwork audit.
• Ensure that the most efficient resources are used in terms of facilities, system applications, people, and related data.

The Talent

• 5-8 years of operational and management experience in Freight Forwarding Logistics.
• Strong knowledge in Shipping documentations.
