Electronics Assembly Technician

Overview:

$22 – $27 an hour

Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm (M-F)

Location: Redmond, WA

Job Description:

The Assembler will support manufacturing in the assembly of cutting-edge antennas and satellite earth stations. The successful candidate is a self-motivated team player with a proven track record in assembling complicated electromagnetically devices in an ISO certified manufacturing environment. Assembly will be performed standing. Job duties include:

· Assembles components into complex electromagnetically assemblies using released assembly instructions, mechanical drawings, and process specifications with minimal supervision

· Utilizes small hand tools, calibrated instruments, measurement equipment, microscopes, and custom fixtures, tools, and assembly aids

· Performs in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies or finished products

· Completes and maintains required records/documentation related to quality, work in progress, test results and labor

Qualifications:

· Complex electro-mechanical assembly with tight tolerances (min 2 years)

· Small electrical component experience

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Additional Skills:

· SMT Solder rework

· Oracle manufacturing module

· EMS Contract Manufacturing (back-end box build), Cable bundle assemblers, Electro-mechanical assembly

· Clean room experience
