Aesthetic Dental Center Hiring for Administrative Assistant Job at Concord, NH Full Time

Aesthetic Dental Center (a small privately owned Dental Practice) is in search of an outgoing person to join our team in our patient centered practice. Experience in a Dental Office REQUIRED.Excellent customer service skills, highly motivated individual to work in small private general practice .

Primary responsibilities include : Greeting patients making them feel welcome and believe they have found the Best Dental Office to care for them , answering and returning patient calls, managing hygiene and dentist’s schedules, verifying insurance, presenting treatment plans, and placing supply orders.

Our practice is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday with work hours of 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM. The right candidate would also be able to work Wednesday’s from 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM to perform administrative duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $29.00 per hour
