The Role

• Establish relationships and networks within the industry
• Account manage, ensuring service expectations are being met and exceeded
• Oversee truck operations
• Manage administrative functions
• Support the financial aspects of the business

The Requirements:

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring Strong Business Development Acumen To Invigorate This Area Of The Team. While Waste Management Experience Is Advantageous, a Background In The Broader Transport Industry Is Essential. In Addition To This You Will

• Be degree-qualified in Engineering, Operations, Business, or Management
• Have a minimum of 5 years in a management role, overseeing projects and staff
• Have demonstrated leadership in implementing continuous improvements through effective change management
• Have the ability to lead, motivate, and contribute to outstanding team performance
• Have advanced skills in financial management, budgeting, and contract negotiations
