Contract Basis: Full-time
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum dependent on experience

Overall Purpose of the Role:
This post is located within the Trust’s Central team. The post holder will uphold the vision and mission of the trust, to support the CEO and colleagues in upholding the standards and plans of the trust, and to support the trust schools in demonstrating consistent excellence. They will also work towards the strategic goals set out in the Trust’s strategic plan.
The post holder’s specific role within the team is to support the implementation of Enterprise and Personal Development provision across Aldridge schools.
Enterprise and Personal Development are a crucial part of ensuring students secure quality destinations and fulfilling futures, the key principles of which are:
* Students understand the wide range of destinations and various pathways they can take to get there
The role will particularly focus on the Futures aspect of Personal Development, although there will be the requirement to support with wider work in this area. The post holder needs to be willing and able to travel to all Trust regions as required.

The post holder will be required to have a valid Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate and be re-checked every 3 years as per Trust Wideprocedures.
