JOB DESCRIPTION

PAYBACK has become one of the leading digital companies in the last few years. We have developed deep experience and knowledge in managing successful campaigns for our partners and clients. The Designer has become a key position in PAYBACK because, is responsible for executing brand and graphic design and creating high-quality brand design solutions. The Designer must be able to sketch and articulate his/her creative thinking and feel comfortable communicating his/her ideas and smart brand solutions with design leadership, marketing colleagues and our partners.

Great opportunities don’t come without great responsibilities. Here’s some of what you’ll be doing:

• Ensure brand standards of our partners across color, font, production quality and more.
• Design and develop digital material for Facebook, emailing, Google and PAYBACK app campaign
• Design and Develop digital material and pop for the launch of new partners
• Develop campaign concepts for partner promotional campaigns
• Develop new card layouts for partners and middle markets
• Design promotional material for Middle Market segment
• Create flash presentations and executive presentations for partners, partner managers.
• Design and develop POP material for all partners
• Design and create new layouts for PAYBACK webpage
• Coordinate with product team, mobile visual strategy
• Development of High Impact Creative Concepts

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate in Graphic Design or related fields.
• Professional experience in Digital design, Media Management, Marketing (both offline and online campaigns).
• experience in media campaigns
• Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities
• Color management
• Proficiency with making layout revisions from Acrobat PDF edits/markups
• Familiarity with current design trends
• The ability to give and receive feedback supported by expertise, and experience
• Structured, independent and results-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
