This position is being offered as a work from home opportunity, we will provide the technology required to support this role.
In this role, you would:
Validate the accuracy of documents uploaded to the APEXA system based on specific criteria for each document
Make a decision to accept or reject the validation based on specified requirements
Peer audit select validations to help maintain our quality standards
Work independently to monitor incoming work and complete validations within specified turnaround times
Position requirements
Have a keen attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies with a high level of accuracy
Expertise at applying judgement and making decisions on how to apply rules to documents.
Are self-motived and are able to meet turnaround standards while working independently
Have a track record of being reliable and delivering on your commitments
Are adept at juggling different tasks throughout the day and switching focus as the work requires
Are comfortable working with technology including searching information on the Internet and learning new software
Have a team focused attitude and will make an effort to form relationships with the APEXA team
Have experience in the Life Insurance Industry (asset)
Are able to read and interpret French documents (asset)
