We’re seeking a Recruiter to join the EMEA Corporate Recruiting team, to help support our growing Services groups across EMEA. This exciting role will support our hiring efforts specifically across the App Store, Apple Music, TV App, Books, Video, Podcast, iCloud and Fitness+. Key Qualifications
- Previous In-house recruiting and/or specialised agency experience
- Ideally you will have experience of hiring within the media sector and/or entertainment/content space.
- Experience collaborating and building effective working relationships with key business leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Experience of working with a close knit recruiting team where knowledge sharing and collaboration is critical to success.
- Pan-EMEA recruitment experience is preferred.
- Experience of hiring at all levels from entry level to senior level appointments.
- Comfortable in using competency based interviewing techniques and being able to adapt these accordingly.
- Technically proficient, with solid CMS/ATS experience preferred.
- Analytical and comfortable with interpreting data and financials.
- Competent in developing thoughtful and strategic recruitment solutions, specifically targeting passive talent.
- Inclusion and diversity recruiting experience is a plus.
Description
Partner with the business to identify minimum requirements for roles and then build a suitable talent attraction strategy. This includes candidate identification through sourcing channels, building passive industry networks, championing diverse talent and upholding an inclusive process that allows talent to show their best selves. As a recruiter supporting these teams you’ll use this passion and knowledge to help assess a candidate’s suitability, subjectively, for highly specialised roles in a suitable assessment manner. Collaborate with hiring managers to deliver innovative and efficient solutions for hiring needs whilst delivering an outstanding customer and candidate experience, through a solely direct model. You’ll interview prospective candidates and provide compelling candidate insight and opinion throughout the process. As a partner to the business, you’ll be responsible for interpreting data on assigned projects where appropriate and in some instances leading ad-hoc confidential/business critical assignments. You will be an advocate for Apple’s recruiting processes and at times be expected to share these with new Hiring Manager’s / stakeholders. You will bring great energy, enthusiasm and passion to the wider recruiting team and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
