Position starts on 5/23/22
Position will be:
Answering incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call.
Communicating and monitoring incoming customer emails to ensure timely
Escalating internal and external concerns for expedited resolution;
Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Training hours will be 9 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday
Post training hours of operation will be between 10 AM and 8 PM (8 hours shift)
Monday through Friday
