This CSR role needs someone who can multitask with the best of them. Phone, computers and software will be provided and you will be part of a four week, paid, extensive training.
Our employees will be responding to inbound calls regarding healthcare benefits, questions and responding accordingly. Must have strong attention to detail, be able to answer 100 calls per day, toggle between multiple computer screens and deliver exceptional customer service to our members.
