Immediate need for Senior Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities Include:

• Point of contact for all administrative, office and facilities related tasks.
• Provides front desk coverage.
• Maintains cleanliness of general office areas/conference rooms/breakroom; manages office/breakroom supplies (orders, deliveries and restock).
• Provide administrative support for the company including managing incoming and outgoing mail and shipping needs, mail distribution, copying, filing and scanning.
• Coordinates with the meeting organizer/HR on logistics for internal meetings including, but not limited to Off-site meeting arrangements, conference room preparation, catering, setting up any necessary AV equipment, collecting and compiling presentation materials, etc.
• Supports interview coordination process (setup conference room, AV, escort candidates•etc
• Handles all logistics and assist in coordinating company events including company parties, employee team building events, meetings and presentations.
• Provides supports for travel coordination
• Provides ad hoc support to team members and other duties as assigned.
• Provide support for fob keys and badges; Update Tenant FOB Key Access Portal, Service Request Portal and HVAC Access Portal.
• Coordinate with IT on laptop distribution/collection, seating arrangements set up and updates; Maintain open office desk and make sure it is clean and ready for the next hire.
• Support daily dinner and weekly/monthly team lunch.
• Research and negotiate contracts for hotels, carpet cleaning, Shred-It, etc.
• Provide communication and work with vendors.
• Note, position may require proof of Covid 19 vaccination and boosters.
