We’re looking for an administrator who can contribute their magic to a “Centre of Excellence” team who are developing, implementing, and working on continuous improvement across mission-critical areas like quality, technical expertise, learning and development, and health and safety.
This role liaises with a wide range of stakeholders across Argus in your work of supporting the Strategic Initiative Manager (COE) on administration and coordination tasks relating to business improvement and ISO quality management.
You will also support the H&S Manager with contractor management, pre-qualifications, and H&S meetings amongst other tasks. Our L&D Manager will appreciate your learning system experience, support with record keeping, reporting, and general coordination for non-technical and technical training; plus working with our technical gurus to deliver training and support across the company in our six different locations and on customer sites.
You will be proficient in MS Office, with solid experience and an aptitude for finding your way around different systems, ensuring information is kept up to date, generating reports as required, and generally making it all look easy. If you have experience in Microsoft Dynamics, that would be a bonus. As this role has access to confidential information, a strong approach to confidentiality is essential.
We’re a small team with a positive attitude and a ‘can do will do approach’. Our customers are mostly within Argus and with change as our constant, you’ll need to be solutions-oriented. It goes without saying that strong attention to detail is a must, along with second-to-none multi-tasking organizational skills. Your level of experience doesn’t matter as much as your impressive set of admin skills and the ability to deliver on your promises.
